Welcome to Susan Roe ITEC / CThA
Susan Roe is a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist and a Sports Massage Therapist. Susan also practices Deep Tissue Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage and Facial Massages.
My treatments are altered to suit each client's individual requirements, especially for any sports injuries, sports aches and pains. The main aim of my treatment is to ensure that the client is left feeling better at the end of the massage.
Susan covers the Surrey, Sussex and Kent but in particular the villages and towns of Crawley Down, Felbridge, East Grinstead, Turners Hill, Smallfield and Horley and surrounding villages.
Massage is an effective treatment of chronic and acute pain conditions which are caused by restrictions in muscles and connective tissue.
A relaxing massage or sports massage can help to alleviate the pain which builds up over time and causes the restrictions in soft tissue. Repetitive movements can cause such restrictions which in turn leads to pain either in the restricted area or elsewhere in the body.
Other causes can be injury, either through accidents or sport, poor posture, repetitive strain and overuse, such as prolonged keyboard and mouse use. Common conditions treated include:
• General relaxing and well being
• Neck and shoulder pain
• Repetitive strain injury (RSI)
• Tennis and golfers elbow
• Sciatica
• Frozen shoulder
• Runners knee
• Shin splints
• General muscle soreness
Susan Roe is fully insured and a member of the Complementary Therapist Association (CThA)
