About Chef Superb
My name is Vincente Spain. I have been interested in cookery since I was 8 years old and have been a chef since 1971.
I was born on a farm in rural Kent in 1955 and trained at Broadstairs Catering College - my favourite place (THE HALL OF THE GODS). Cookery was everything to me at that time.
As a chef I have been privileged to cook for such people as Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues, Jeffery Archer the author and politician, Will Carling the rugby player, Atomic Rooster the 80's rock band to name but a few. Trust me I was there (fantastic stuff).
